How to Order

Each item has a custom requests box before you finalise your order. This is where you add the colours, name and designs you would like for your special piece. Colours include Red, Orange, Yellow, Green (light/dark), Blue (light/dark), Pink, Purple, Black. Designs include Stripes, Polka Dots, Galaxy, Oranges, Strawberries, Blueberries, Olive Branch, Sunflowers, Dog Bones, Bees, Ducks. If you would like a design not listed, please email us to see if we can accomodate your requests. 

Shipping

Most of my items are made to order. Your items will be shipped 6-8 weeks after date of order. Sometimes they will be ready earlier! Thank you for your patience.

Care of your Items

All items are hand made and hand painted. They are dishwasher safe. However to maintain the life of your personalised piece, it is recommended to wash by hand. 

Breakages 

All orders are final sale unless there are damages due to shipping. Your personalised piece should be delivered to you in good condition. If breakages occur, please contact us immediately once received and send us a photo with the details.
